Welcome to Work Less AI, a product of Z Media Technologies Private Limited. By accessing or using our website, platform, and autonomous AI agents (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract with Z Media Technologies Private Limited.

Workless AI provides a cloud-based platform that allows users to deploy autonomous AI agents to perform tasks such as marketing, sales, research, and development. The Services rely on advanced artificial intelligence models and are provided "as is".

3. Responsible AI Use & Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our AI agents responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You explicitly agree not to use Workless AI to:

• Generate or distribute malicious code, malware, or ransomware.
• Engage in unauthorized access, scraping, or penetration testing of third-party systems.
• Generate deepfakes, non-consensual explicit material, or hate speech.
• Conduct large-scale automated spam or phishing campaigns.
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the safety filters and alignment protocols of the underlying AI models.

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and immediately terminate accounts that violate these ethical guidelines, in accordance with international AI safety standards.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all data, prompts, and inputs you provide to the Services, as well as the specific outputs generated by the AI agents based on your inputs.

Our Platform: Workless AI retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, software, agent architectures, and proprietary algorithms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workless AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or hallucinated, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the outputs before relying on them in a business context.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Workless AI is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via our website or email. Continued use of the Services following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
